Refund Policy.
leiladesign provides custom digital services. Because these involve significant work that begins immediately after payment and brief approval, our refund policy is structured accordingly.
Before work begins
If you request a cancellation within 48 hours of payment and before we have started any project work, you are entitled to a full refund. To request this, contact us at hello@leiladesign.com with your order reference.
After work has begun
Once a project has started (discovery call held, brief approved, or design files opened), we cannot issue a full refund. In these cases we assess the proportion of work completed and may issue a partial refund for the unstarted portion at our discretion.
Completed work
No refunds are available for completed and delivered work that matches the agreed scope. If delivered work does not match the agreed brief, we will correct it at no charge within the support period included in your package.
Monthly Site Care
Monthly Site Care subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. Payments already made for a month in progress are non-refundable.

Email hello@leiladesign.com with your name, order reference and the reason for the request. We respond within 3 business days.
