Brief & Discovery
We start with a proper conversation. What does the business do, who does it serve, what do you want the site to achieve. We ask specific questions and we listen to specific answers. This is where most agencies get lazy and we do not.
Proposal & Scope
We send a written proposal within 3 business days. Scope, timeline, price and what is and is not included. No vague retainer arrangements. You know exactly what you are getting before you commit to anything.
Design
Design happens in Figma. You see every page before a line of code is written. Revision rounds happen here, at the design stage, where changes take minutes rather than days.
Build & Launch
We build from approved designs. You get a staging site to review before launch. We test every page on every major device, fix anything that is not right and do the go-live. You get a handover session and documentation.

Yes. Most of our work is remote. We are based in Badajoz and have clients across Spain. Geography is not a barrier. Everything is done over video call, shared documents and email.

Yes. We build in WordPress or custom HTML/PHP depending on the project. In either case, we include a handover session and documentation. WordPress projects allow you to manage most content without any technical knowledge.
Starter packages include changes within the scope. Standard and Studio include post-launch support periods. Beyond that, we offer a Monthly Site Care plan or changes at our hourly rate.
Fixed. The price in the proposal is the price you pay. Scope changes are discussed separately and quoted separately before we start any additional work. No surprises.
